We ALL fall down, together we rise. Whether you’re going through dark days, or have dealt with them in the past, or perhaps maybe they have impacted someone you love, we have all been impacted by mental health struggles in some way, shape or form. No matter what it is that you are going through, life can and will get better for you. We have all felt that same feeling of being alone in this world, when the lights are all out, and nobody else is awake and all we have is the voice in our head. The feeling that even with our friends, family, coworkers, teammates, bosses, coaches, and peers around us, that we are alone in this fight, and in this world. THAT SPECIFIC FEELING IS WHAT CONNECTS US ALL. We are together alone. Not only will it get “better” but I truly believe you can find the greatness that resides within you, and that you’ll spread it to others as well. I find it interesting to speak with business owners, hard workers, and inspiring people about the challenges they have faced and how they‘ve overcome them. Based out of Vancouver, I find it important to speak about some of the difficult things in life, and to encourage others to feel happier and spread the love!

It's that time of year again...
Election season, tax season, and the perfect storm of propaganda, division, and stress.
In today's episode, I'm breaking down how to stay healthy, sane, and focused when the world feels like it's falling apart. We get told who to hate, who to blame, and the media tries to keep us angry, anxious, and distracted — but you don't have to fall for it.
I'm diving into the real tactics I use to survive the madness:
- Why focusing on personal excellence and self-development is the real rebellion
- How to be a positive impact instead of just adding to the noise
- Understanding that most of what you see in the news is completely backwards from reality
- Why politicians aren't heroes — they're just flawed humans like the rest of us
- Plus — setting social media timers to protect your mind and energy
And yeah... we even touch on that wild leaked group chat where so-called "leaders" were joking about bombing Yemen like it’s a video game.
This is who we’re being told to trust?
This episode is all about cutting through the chaos and becoming the kind of person who doesn’t just survive crazy seasons — you rise through them.
Let’s get into it.

Every Day Just Ain’t Gonna Be Your Day | Ep. #144
Monday Apr 07, 2025
Monday Apr 07, 2025
Let’s be real—some days just suck. You wake up late, your energy’s off, things don’t click the way they normally do... and it feels like nothing’s going your way. But here’s the truth: not every day is meant to be a good one. And that doesn’t mean you’re off track or falling behind.
In this episode, I’m talking about how to navigate those off days without spiralling, why it's okay to not be firing on all cylinders every single day, and how to still move forward even when you’re not at your best.
💥 Why bad days don’t define you
🧠 How to stay grounded when your mood’s all over the place
⚙️ What you can still do when you’ve got nothing in the tank
📈 Why consistency beats intensity in the long run
So if today’s one of those days—this one’s for you. You're not alone, and you're not broken. Tune in, take a breath, and remember: we rise, even on the rough ones.

Don’t Wait to Feel Motivated: How Action Creates Momentum
Monday Mar 31, 2025
Monday Mar 31, 2025
How often do we put off what we know needs to be done because we just don’t feel like it? We wait for motivation to strike before taking action, but here’s the truth—motivation follows action, not the other way around. If you want to feel energized, motivated, and ready to tackle your goals, you have to act first. In this episode, I’m breaking down the idea that our feelings follow our behaviors, not vice versa, and why waiting to feel motivated only makes it harder to start.
🚀 Why We Wait—and Why It’s a Trap
We’ve all been there. You wake up feeling tired, so you skip the workout because your body “needs rest.” Or you let the dishes pile up in the sink because you just don’t feel like doing them. But here’s the kicker—the longer we wait, the harder it becomes to break that inertia. Procrastination creates a mental weight that makes even the smallest tasks feel overwhelming. And before you know it, you’re stuck in a cycle where the thought of taking action feels harder than the action itself.
⚡️ Acting First Changes Everything
If you want to feel like a high achiever, you have to act like one first. Want to feel more energized? Move your body. Want to be someone who crushes their goals? Start small and let consistency build momentum. Taking action, even when you don’t feel like it, rewires your brain and shifts your emotional state. Action creates momentum, and momentum makes everything feel easier.
🧠 Breaking Through Inertia: Why It Gets Harder the Longer You Wait
Waiting doesn’t just delay progress—it builds resistance. The longer you avoid something, the more mental clutter and anxiety it creates. That phone call you’ve been avoiding? It feels ten times harder after days of thinking about it. The workout you skipped? Suddenly feels like an impossible task. But when you take even a small step forward, you break that inertia and build momentum. And once momentum kicks in, your feelings shift, and you naturally want to keep going.
💡 Practical Examples You’ll Relate To
This concept applies to every part of life:
- Fitness: You’re tired, so you skip a workout. But if you move for just 5 minutes, you’ll usually want to keep going.
- Work and Business: You’re avoiding that tough call with a client. But once you dial the number, confidence builds with each word.
- Relationships: You avoid a difficult conversation, but once you open the dialogue, you realize it wasn’t as bad as you imagined.
🎯 Stop Waiting—Start Moving
If you’ve been waiting to feel motivated, it’s time to flip the script. Take action first, and the motivation will follow. Whether it’s fitness, business, relationships, or just tackling the little things around the house, momentum builds confidence and energy. Don’t wait—start small today and watch how quickly things change.
🔗 Listen now and learn how to create momentum in your life by acting first—because waiting to feel ready is a losing game.

Haters Gonna Hate: Why You Should Laugh with Online Trolls | Ep. #137
Monday Feb 17, 2025
Monday Feb 17, 2025
No matter what you post, the haters always seem to show up. Whether you're building a brand, sharing your thoughts, or just having fun online, negativity is inevitable. So how do you handle it without letting it ruin your day? In this episode of The Risen Fallen Podcast, we dive into the world of online criticism, internet trolls, and why negative comments tend to stick with us more than positive ones.
I recently had one of my most viral social media posts yet—and along with the engagement came the usual wave of negativity. Some people were cracking jokes, some were genuinely trying to be helpful, and others? Well, they just wanted to hate for the sake of hating. This got me thinking: Why do people leave negative comments? And more importantly, how should we respond?
In this episode, I explore:
- The psychology of online hate – Why negativity spreads faster than positivity.
- Why people criticize you online – And why most of the time, it has nothing to do with you.
- The power of ignoring vs. engaging – When to clap back and when to move on.
- How to shift your mindset – From taking hate personally to using it as fuel.
Social media is full of quick-hit dopamine spikes, viral moments, and “gotcha” comments that people chase for clout. But at the end of the day, does any of that really matter? Instead of getting caught up in negativity, we can choose to focus on what actually moves us forward.
If you’ve ever let a negative comment ruin your mood or questioned yourself because of online hate, this episode is for you. Tune in and learn how to navigate the noise, stay true to yourself, and keep creating without fear.
Much love, and I’ll catch you next Monday. Don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe! 🚀
