
We ALL fall down, together we rise. Whether you’re going through dark days, or have dealt with them in the past, or perhaps maybe they have impacted someone you love, we have all been impacted by mental health struggles in some way, shape or form. No matter what it is that you are going through, life can and will get better for you. We have all felt that same feeling of being alone in this world, when the lights are all out, and nobody else is awake and all we have is the voice in our head. The feeling that even with our friends, family, coworkers, teammates, bosses, coaches, and peers around us, that we are alone in this fight, and in this world. THAT SPECIFIC FEELING IS WHAT CONNECTS US ALL. We are together alone. Not only will it get “better” but I truly believe you can find the greatness that resides within you, and that you’ll spread it to others as well. I find it interesting to speak with business owners, hard workers, and inspiring people about the challenges they have faced and how they‘ve overcome them. Based out of Vancouver, I find it important to speak about some of the difficult things in life, and to encourage others to feel happier and spread the love!

I’m excited to announce some minor changes to the podcast format! We're transitioning from a mix of solo episodes and interviews to focusing mainly on interviews. Plus, our release schedule will change from twice a week to exclusively Monday mornings.
I came to the conclusion to do this when a best friend of mine reccomended I make a pivot in the way that I do things, and I agreed, having recently learned some of the following lessons, which I’m going to discuss today:
1. Knowing When to Pivot: Learn why it's essential to recognize when you're stuck in a cycle of repeated efforts that aren't yielding new results. Discover the signs that it's time to make a change and how to pivot effectively.
2. Refocusing on What You Love: Understand the importance of returning to your passions. Avoid getting bogged down in repetitive processes and instead focus on what truly excites and motivates you.
3. Understanding the 'Why' Behind Your Routine: Dive into the significance of intentional routines. Know the difference between mindlessly following a routine and understanding its true purpose to achieve better results.
