We ALL fall down, together we rise. Whether you’re going through dark days, or have dealt with them in the past, or perhaps maybe they have impacted someone you love, we have all been impacted by mental health struggles in some way, shape or form. No matter what it is that you are going through, life can and will get better for you. We have all felt that same feeling of being alone in this world, when the lights are all out, and nobody else is awake and all we have is the voice in our head. The feeling that even with our friends, family, coworkers, teammates, bosses, coaches, and peers around us, that we are alone in this fight, and in this world. THAT SPECIFIC FEELING IS WHAT CONNECTS US ALL. We are together alone. Not only will it get “better” but I truly believe you can find the greatness that resides within you, and that you’ll spread it to others as well. I find it interesting to speak with business owners, hard workers, and inspiring people about the challenges they have faced and how they‘ve overcome them. Based out of Vancouver, I find it important to speak about some of the difficult things in life, and to encourage others to feel happier and spread the love!

Monday Jun 03, 2024
In this episode, I wanted to dive into the importance of establishing a routine as a foundation for your daily life. Having a consistent routine not only provides stability but also serves as a crucial benchmark for measuring your progress and identifying areas for improvement.
I think everyone at some point in their lives will have to do the following:
- Explore why routines matter and how they create a sense of normalcy.
- Discuss the concept of routines as a baseline or measuring stick for your lifestyle.
- Establishing Your Baseline:
- The role of routines in maintaining balance and predictability.
- How routines can help track your habits and behaviors over time.
- Using your routine to highlight areas needing change.
- Recognizing patterns that may require adjustments for better health and well-being.
- Practical tips for modifying routines to foster growth and positive change.
- Examples of small adjustments that can lead to significant improvements.
- Reflect on the value of having a routine as a guide for personal development.
- Encourage listeners to assess their own routines and make mindful changes for a better life.
I hope you enjoy this episode as we uncover the power of routines in providing a solid foundation and a clear path to continuous self-improvement.
