We ALL fall down, together we rise. Whether you’re going through dark days, or have dealt with them in the past, or perhaps maybe they have impacted someone you love, we have all been impacted by mental health struggles in some way, shape or form. No matter what it is that you are going through, life can and will get better for you. We have all felt that same feeling of being alone in this world, when the lights are all out, and nobody else is awake and all we have is the voice in our head. The feeling that even with our friends, family, coworkers, teammates, bosses, coaches, and peers around us, that we are alone in this fight, and in this world. THAT SPECIFIC FEELING IS WHAT CONNECTS US ALL. We are together alone. Not only will it get “better” but I truly believe you can find the greatness that resides within you, and that you’ll spread it to others as well. I find it interesting to speak with business owners, hard workers, and inspiring people about the challenges they have faced and how they‘ve overcome them. Based out of Vancouver, I find it important to speak about some of the difficult things in life, and to encourage others to feel happier and spread the love!

In this episode, we explore the importance of regularly checking in with yourself, much like checking the gas gauge in a car or truck. Just as a vehicle needs the right amount of fuel to run efficiently, we also need to assess our own energy levels and determine when and how to "refuel" ourselves.
But unlike a gas gauge, it can be challenging to know exactly how much we need and where we're burning out—whether physically, emotionally, or mentally. Tune in to learn practical tips on how to recognize the signs of burnout and ways to restore your energy and well-being before running on empty.

In this episode, I wanted explore the delicate balance between true sympathy and brutal honesty when having difficult conversations with those we care about. Speaking up about important matters is an essential part of maintaining strong relationships, but there’s a fine line between being honest and using your words to inflict unnecessary pain.
You gotta discuss how to approach tough topics with empathy, ensuring your intent is to help and not to hurt.
Learn how to avoid crossing the line into destructive "brutal honesty" and make your words more productive, compassionate, and impactful.
